Innovation sprint to strengthen Handelsbanken’s mortgage loan business

Handelsbanken had ambitions to strengthen their mortgage loan business vertical by finding new ways to engage with prospective home buyers.

Forming a cross-functional team together with the client, Desifer ran an intensive five week innovation sprint identifying problem areas, ideating around a selected problem and creating a solution. The final solution underwent additional validation, taking into account commercial desirability, business viability and technical feasibility.

The resulting deliverables were a clickable prototype, a demo movie, a pitch deck and complete investment decision material.
