Solving tangible business problems through startup collaboration

The Absolut Company had the ambition to learn the startup way of innovating and create new ventures while solving tangible business problems.

The client and Desifer co-created and ran an initiative that would enable Absolut Company to create new innovation ventures through startup collaboration. Our joint initiative focused on solving an important challenge for the client, namely how to communicate the Absolut brand if the bottle itself could no longer serve as the primary messenger.

The programme resulted in collaborations with four different start-ups and four new solutions within the future of packaging, as well as a new way of working for Absolut Company.
