Empowering sustainability ventures at Scania

Scania Ventures is a newly established venture building unit at Scania tasked with transforming in-house business ideas into new corporate ventures. 

Desifer provided strategic guidance to two of their initial ventures – GAIA Generation that deliver cloud computing CO2 emission analytics, and Elain Systems that deliver CO2 emissions tracking of transports. 

To prepare for market entry, Desifer facilitated custom-tailored sprint sessions to bolster each of the venture’s go-to-market strategy. Desifer team members also assumed the role of venture leads for both corporate startups, and provided support within design and user experience. Further, Desifer played a major role in helping the venture teams prepare for their next round of investment.
