Simplifying family life with Telia

Desifer was part of the venture team developing a new offering for the smart home with Swedish telecom company Telia.

Telia Smart Family would connect the family and their smart equipment in one flow, solving everyday problems such as lost keys, family communication, reminders for the school and workday, and making sure that the kids arrive home safely.

Desifer planned and executed on the go-to-market strategy, experimenting with multiple alternatives for both consumer and B2B propositions together with partners before deciding on an initial strategy, and finally launching and growing the solution.
