Connect Venture Building and Scaling
A couple of weeks ago our Venture Lead Sigrid Hellberg held a session at an excellent digital event on Venture building and scaling organized by Innov8rs.co.
It turned into an interesting conversation on why so many corporate ventures fail at the point when they should be about to start scaling, some common challenges that might cause this, and how these can be counteracted or even avoided. A key to this seems to lie in how you set your corporate venture building approach up from the start, to give the right protection and support yo you ventures at the different stages of their journey.
